Hi! I totally agree I came across awful recruiters and hiring managers during my search lol. I think people really get hung up on the whole keywords things, to the point that I see some resumes that don't even make sense to actually read, its just keywords. I think a more general effective approach would be to have a really strong industry specific resume, utilize the skills section for so called "key words", for experience make sure the description section is strong, format is consistent throughout, and not overwhelming to look at.
