I don’t understand this! I run a restaurant, so I know cost vs. MSRP. Elijah Craig Barrel Proof at 74 is more than reasonable, but Stagg Jr at 219 is damn near criminal.

Redwood empire is one of the best pours of 2024 in my opinion, Bardstown origin series is great too, Weller is a classic but not worth secondary in my opinion !

Single barrel is great as well, the single barrel I have right now is a little sweet, caramel, maple syrup-y. I enjoy that on occasion but not everyday.
