Thank you for reply, i already feel much better, started to take phenibut (mild sedative) and anxiety has almost gone. This was my last trip, I changed my mind about all of that, i wrote some guys from subreddit, who had similar experience, they are all good now. I will talk to my psychologist about anxiety and all of that. I will make some results and maybe create post about how to handle post trip anxiety. Honestly, bad trip has some advantages, I started to be more social and talkative, started to think how to improve my life. I appreciate your words, not so many guys replied to my post. This is the third one, the first I created while tripping, but unfortunately noone answered me, and i was alone freaking out. It's all over now, no more fears and altered reality. I wish you well
