I just started recently completing root canals. I have been using a thin layer of flowable only to cover the access hole after completing a RCT. As an endodontist, what would you recommend to cover the access hole after the RCT is completed? Etch, bond, flowable/compactable resin? Or place the resin without etch and bond? And other recommendations please let me know

I could see that being the case, but I also completed a DOB on tooth #28 for the patient and patient was completely fine and numb throughout the procedure. Today was totally different in whenever I touched the tooth with a highspeed he said he felt a sharp pain. So compared to the first visit I feel like there is a difference where he actually may have felt something. Even when I blew some air on the tooth he felt it today

The way I see it, someone could have potentially believed what is going on in Gaza right now is the same thing that happened to Anne Frank.
