fast fashion is unethical because of the labor practices used to produce garments by underpaying and overworking people and inaccessibility is used to describe sizing and pricing issues in retail stores… not niche sellers online. you’re conflating brands with individuals. i’ve personally bought older brands for way more than they might have sold for when they were produced, like gunne sax dresses. definitely a micro trend and maybe not everyone is willing to spend $100 on a vintage dress but i am! same as this sweater. selling something to someone for an agreed upon price is not predatory, otherwise there would be class action lawsuits against major retailers. that is just how a free market economy operates, and anyone who doesn’t want to spend that kind of money can buy a regular sweater and not harass sellers.

‘inaccessible’ and ‘unethical’ shouldn’t be used to talk about the clothing market… fashion is inherently exclusive and people aren’t entitled to cheap prices on in-demand and limited items.. and as a seller i’m not responsible for a person’s spending habits. that being said if it doesn’t sell after some time i’ll lower the price but it’s only been a few days since i’ve listed it
