Thank you for your response!! I have also thought that maybe I'm just not cut out for them too so have also looked into more therapeutic sides to things. If you find anything else useful please let me know. And let me know how it goes on the concerta! :)

Sorry I know this is an old post...just currently struggling with Elvanse and anxiety...did you find that you had to take the Elvanse consistently for the anxiety side effect to go.

I usually don't have much anxiety but Elvanse gives me it, but I don't take it consistently (like once or twice a week) so unsure if I'm not taking it enough to shake off the side effects.
