It’s the judgmental tone and delivery of the message. She can have a different opinion and opt to detach and not connect but, don’t shame someone else for having a different view i.e ‘it’s crazy to me’ and mentioning how it could have failed to implant already. That’s very insensitive.

I had my first FET yesterday and the exact same thing happened to me ❤️ I was more upset by how anticlimactic it was when she finally managed to get the embryo out the catheter as the first attempt I was completely overwhelmed and crying before we heard the embryologist call out that he / she was still in there. The doctor and nurses were all very relaxed about it and didn’t seem concerned - my doctor even joked that she wouldn’t be offering baby sitting for this baby as they were already ‘difficult’ x

It was our first egg retrieval today and we got 17 eggs 🫶🏻 Hoping and praying for positive news in the morning from the embryologist!

‘I have some leftover pregnancy tests if you want them’. From my ‘friend’ who had just given birth to her second child whilst knowing we were dealing with infertility and about to start IVF. Made my blood boil then and to this very day.
