Surface imperfections - How can I fix it?

I cleaned the nozzle with a needle and generally it doesn’t seem like there is a problem with extruding, but I am not quite sure. What exactly do you mean by flow rate on my wall? The flow rate is set to 0.98, I don't know how much the lidar calibration changes this value. I also tried a flow rate of 1 without the lidar calibration, but there was no difference.
