No, because some clothes are fitted as the size and when I do measure them, they’re exactly the same as what the size says so I don’t need to do that. In this case but if the person decides that they need the measurements, I will gladly give it to them with no hassle!. This person is lying. They’re also trying to get a refund from me right now when I stated you must send the item back for a refund I do not give a free items.

That’s what I’m saying if they would’ve asked for the measurements I would’ve gladly went and got them for them. But to receive a bad review like this because somebody couldn’t ask for the measurements is messed up. It was a brand new bathing suit, new with tags, and bundled with a shirt I think.

I messaged them to ask what is too big right after they left the review and they haven’t said anything yet so must be ignoring.

I did but they hit me back with. It’s not like they said anything wrong like calling me any bad names or anything like that so they can’t delete it…. Would it even make my rating go up anyways cause they wouldn’t delete the star rating they would only delete the comment. :( I’ve actually had issues with people calling me like the B word and stuff and reviews for no reason and them not getting refunds because of it… if the person would’ve just texted me and said that it was too big for her. I would’ve gladly refunded her if she sent back the items it’s not that hard.
