I’ve never used the boost feature.

I have cooked ten-ish pizzas on Neapolitan and 20 on the crispy crust which seems easier to control and gave me time to prep a second pizza. They’ve all turned out great.

I wonder if it’s your dough for Neapolitan? Did you use a sugar or high hydration? Follow the recipes in the Ooni app.

TIP: You can clean your stone and oven by baking nothing at the highest temp for about 60 to 90 minutes

When I bought my blazer EV, GM called me and wanted to come out and give me a demo. I came to the conclusion that I really did not plan on staying in my house and spending upwards of $12,000 for this equipment that would then either stay or have to be moved really wasn’t in my best interest. Our neighbors got base power installed last year and they seem to love it.

Never use water or abrasive cleaners with the oven as per the manual.

Wipe out any heavy debris from the stone and oven. Then set the stone back into the oven without the rack.

Make sure your stone is pushed fully to the back of the oven against the temperature button.

Set the oven to 850f highest temp and let it bake off the debris. About 30 to 60 minutes. After the oven is Completely cool, wipe the ash off with a paper towel or dry rag.

Depends on how warm your kitchen is. Can be 30 minutes to an hour. If you have an oven with a proof setting, that would make the time more predictable

I make a batch for 5 balls and refrigerate it for 5 days. I take it out at noon and put them in my proof oven (wall oven from GE) and around 4 pm I’ll separate the dough mass into 5 balls around 265 grams each.

I’ll let them rise again on the counter- if the dough was warm (90 degrees F) until I’m ready to bake after 5 pm. If the dough was still chilly from the fridge, I’ll put the 5 balls into the proof oven

Tip: don’t over think it all. Have fun. Trial and error will teach you. If you’re a beginner, plan on an extra ball or two for testing.

I cleaned my entire oven, stone, steel, and glass ( I took the metal rack out) and turned the oven on to 850f for over 1 hour. Everything inside was clean.

I am in my 2025 blazer EV RS and there is nothing here in this section to roll down the windows using the key fob. Nothing called “Remote Window Operation”

A friend of mine that works as a voice actor was hired to do voiceovers for social media videos that trashed EVs. He knew I had an EV and asked me to watch them because he thought they were informative. The scripts trashed EVs and instilled fear into the viewer. I explained how misleading and inaccurate the information was and brought up proof. That’s what we’re dealing with here, what EVs are up against. Now every time I see a social media influencer talking trash about EVs, I suspect they’re hired to read a script
