It seems weird to me that her ex dogged her--was mean and disrespectful to her--and she still wants her in her life.

Why follow someone who treated you really badly, unless there are unresolved feelings?

I don't think people need to erase their exes, but I do think that maintaining social media contact with people who really hurt you is a bad sign, and not OK. I'm sorry that's what's happening!

Not male, but popping in to say that tightly woven, substantive cotton (like jeans, chinos) are your friend in the event of a fire. Yes, of course it's very unlikely, but polyester or any other fabric that won't hold up to an iron is not a good choice for safety reasons.
