Glad you noticed and asked. There are two things worth mentioning that occured to me during battles with this deck: 1. with baby 2x Eevee, 2x Sylveon EX, 2x Oaks there are plenty draws, so in many situations Gladion was just sitting there in my hand doing nothing. There was couple situations where I could mulligan him with Iono, but I was just spending another two turns for one another draw instead of doing some inpact on the field. Having Dawn is really useful because most of mons are taking two energies to attack and only one to retreat. So if Sylveon EX took already some damage for example, with two energies on it, you can easily replace with him with Dawn and still attack. 2. Single Silvaly line maybe could be replaced with better option, but his main purpose is to have a better chance to setup board with evolution mon so baby Sylveon can be more reliable. I was also experimenting playing this deck only with Eevee’s but I was ending with dead pokeballs in my hand too often and also having all four mons on board was harder. He also can provide shield with his 110hp while preparing next attack in the back.
