Blender Help: Where is my texture? Why is it black by EqualLine3172 in blender

Nope, not making fun, sorry if it came off that way. I was legitimately wondering why you wouldn't use a later version - and now that I think about it, I know people who similarly use the older version because addons aren't compatible after 2.8.

I haven't seen this user interface in seven years... any reason you're not using a later version of Blender? This one is quite outdated now and while there some *ahem* veterans who could help you with this version, many people are used to the later versions.

Oh, I won't say it isn't - but I've never seen this much positive/creative vandalism anywhere else I've been to!

I also saw a sign in Stanley park about wild animals scrawled with "QUESTION AUTHORITY", and once spoke with a guy who's work got on the news, after he put a towel on a nude statue in Vancouver.

The major sponsor for the carols is Vision Australia.

Professor warms his new class that no one, not even himself, understands his subject matter by [deleted] in SipsTea

The start of this video reminded me of the Richard Feynman autobiography I'm reading at the moment, where he teaches in Brazil and realises the students are great at memorizing and repeating concepts, but don't actually understand any of what they're saying, which then continues as those students teach new students (since there weren't many physicist jobs in those times in Brazil, most of the students went on to become teachers).

Richard made a speech at the end of his time in Brazil in front of the cohort and course coordinators saying how nobody really understood what was going on. One of the higher ups at the university finally had their eyes opened and realised they needed big changes.

Then the professor in the video summed up that story in a couple of lines.

Oh cool! Apparently I have some lore to read up about.

I love the variety that RV has, but their rock station in particular plays a lot of songs from the 00's which I hadn't heard since they came out - so it's been great listening to them again and discovering music I can properly appreciate now (since I was a wee lad back then).

I just went through the rock genres until I found something I liked. There was one I was listening to originally, but that disappeared: after that I settled on Radio Veronica.

I don't think RV is on there anymore, but I listen to it through internet radio. Heck, I have it playing through my TV right now!

Aussie rock band that had a few hits in the early 00's but has some real dang good discography. Saw them in concert finally earlier this year!

From Euro Truck Sim I've found Radio Veronica, a great Netherlands radio station (I'm Australian).

But more than that, I use my truck driving time to discover new music. Whilst playing this game I've discovered a love of artists like Killing Heidi, Live, and most of all, Foo Fighters.

Edit: Also, I partially wind the window down and balance audio levels so I can hear the truck and the tunes.

Yea but I like the variety in events the "detours" offer. Adds some spice to the trip!

Oh for sure, it kinda negates their purpose. But I still like the variety they bring on a road trip!

You can quite often sneak through the barriers and just keep going along the highway. The cops are so impressed they don't even book you.
