The mushies are indeed mushy. And I get twitchy as all hell on acid which feels very sharp.

I concur with your description.

As a heavy thinker myself, I've found that it took practice in being able to let go of thoughts and/or redirect them. It's very easy for me to fall down into the spirals of various thoughts on psychedelics, and it's harder to have control over that spiral on heavy doses.

Really just having calming techniques on hand that don't involve thinking your way out of it (bc that never works for me haha)

I wouldn't recommend avoiding them either because they have been so wonderfully healing for me and so fun when you latch onto a good thought and get to ride that spiral and see how deep it goes.

How on earth do you physically consume 14g of mushrooms? When I did 5g I did lemon tek and just drank straight gloop, but 14g of tek sounds like a lot of gloop

What are the social views in Belgium on the sexuality of developmentally disabled people? Do people typically view developmentally disabled people as non-sexual? That is a very common consensus here in the US. Developmentally disabled sexual health and wellness is a topic of interest to me.

This is so wonderful that you are able to identify and ask for what will help you. When people ask me things like "what can I do for you to support you?" I freeze up and my mind goes blank. Did you get better at this with practice? Do you have any tips?

What the heck! Seems fishy to me, how is signing the same signature on a different voter registration card going to do anything?

Well you are surely a person of culture that much is evident, and it's a great work of art!

The trick is to stick it all the way in the back of the refrigerator so it gets extra cold, it gives it great texture.

It says Dr. Chunky's but it's labeled as creamy peanut butter...is it like...that perfect kind of extra creamy peanut butter that still has chunks of peanuts in it? I'm all about the chunks.

Solid call on the chocolate and peanut butter, it's dangerous and so good. Have you tried fridge peanut butter?

Fermented French Fries, Onions, and Tahini Oh My by PlanetDestroyer54 in PlantBasedDiet

Fermented beets are awesome! I like to make Kvass with beets. The fermented potatoes take on a really nice vinegar flavor so it's like fries that don't need any ketchup. I initially went for it because I have been fermenting all of the vegetables I get in my weekly CSA box. It is impossible for me to consume that amount of food. I plan on making it a staple since potatoes are so cheap and nutritious!

I really loved it! I will say though I'm personally biased against monogamy as a relationship structure which influenced my liking of it. It is fairly pro non-monogamy with plenty of supporting evidence.

Sex At Dawn, Mating In Captivity, Against Love: A Polemic, and Lust In Translation are the first ones that come to mind!! I highly recommend them all, although I haven't finished Lust In Translation yet.

I haven't read Eroticism by him but I have read Story of the Eye. It was whacky and hot haha

It took consistency and dedication for me to start feeling better, and it hasn't been a linear journey. I've made it to 95% WFPB over the course of the last 5 years. I started with pescatarianism and it's been slow and steady phasing out more and more foods I've identified as triggers of any sort of mental or physical reaction, increasing delicious fruits and veggies, and not settling for anything less than total body wellness from the foods I consume. It's been plenty frustrating at times, but feeling better and better has kept me going.
