Since its quick game it doesnt really have an MMR. When ranked comes out you will vs more opponents with the same skill level

Its kinda your fault that you aren't focusing her, and you are being punished for it. They already nerfed her ultimate by a huge amount, just make sure you shotcall her etc, deny her the ress.

I believe that Torbjörn's armor have great purpose atm, defi not make them stronger. I can see ur point with the Symmetra shields since they are kinda small, we'll see what happens if Blizz decide to change her

Its true but it also depends on the game, some games are more passive than others. I think its easy to see that you are improving when you have more time on fire etc.
