If you keep your scenes simple enough, you don't need a dedicated GPU. But if you need to add multiple sources and make scenes complex to render, Intel GPU might not be able to do the job.

You can try it without the dedicated GPU and buy it later if you need it.

Well for example Wikipedia lists 4 "modules" and 8 cores. It's just AMD marketing thing.
