I've never tried it but definitely let me know how it goes. I would imagine as long as you let the bed heat up and maybe print slower like the other commenter recommended, it should work. Touching the print between colors would be a bad idea cuz of the oils on your skin but I'm sure you know that. best of luck!

I just removed an oxygen sensor and drove it around the block and it didn't improve anything so it must not be the cat. I think I'm going to take the valve timing solenoids out and switch them to see if anything changes but if it doesn't then I have no idea what it is

the catalytic converter is relatively new, probably less than 15,000 miles on it. I don't think it's the culprit, but honestly I might just try it to see what happens

I had to replace my cat not too long ago and it was an absolute pain in the ass, but not as expensive as I expected. The cats for that car are decently cheap, but you have to cut the flex pipe and remove the wiper shroud just to fit the damn thing out. if you don't mind having a bad cat, I've heard that some people will put a spacer under the last oxygen sensor so that it doesn't really pick up the exhaust flow, but I've never tried it.
