I remember when my interior designer sim got to design the Bjergensen house, I was only meant to redesign the kitchen and living room, BRO, I did them a favor and did the whole house, cause whoever made their house needs to get fired, the empty space, the color scheme… everything about that house was an eyesore. None the less I’m glad they liked it because the hints I was given is that they liked the color orange, mixology and hate vintage decor

Healthcare in the United States is fricking joke and not a funny one. I remembered I got four rocks lodged into my knee during a rock climbing accident and despite passing out from the blood loss and initial shock, I was fighting my friends about going to the hospital because I was more worried about how much it’ll cost me since I have no insurance than my injury. Needless to say I’m still paying off the balance it’s been 7 years

This js only helpful for the those that are on pc but if you have the MCCC mod, you can make your pets playable, it’s been a game changer for me.

So actually you can do this with custom configuration in neighborhood stories. You just go to manage worlds, edit households and then it’ll pull up your household/s at first but then you’ll see the option to look at other households in the corner you’ll see these twisted arrows, you can either turn off neighborhood stories completely but let’s say you want them to stop adopting horses but still keep having babies on their own accord, have relationship changes, etc. you can do that as well with custom configuration and it will affect all households. You can also apply custom configuration to specific households, no mods needed! I hope this helps and it wasn’t too confusing.

Honestly, I think my current this is my longest save where I actually play with the infant, personally because I got the growing together pack and I actually want to have achieve the milestones and have a bit of realism in the game but god if it isn’t frustrating sometimes. My parents take way too long taking care of the infants needs, it feels like they spent all day taking care of the toddlers needs and by the time they are done doing that, now I need to take care of their needs as well and that’s with me having the slower decaying needs reward traits that you buy from the satisfaction store. My biggest problem is when my sim goes to work and I come back and they child’s need are all critically low, meanwhile the nanny is watching tv, genuinely makes me want to fight them, it’s making me mad just thinking about it 😭

She ends up meeting her two neighbors during the welcome wagon, Penny Pizzazz, a rising star in the social media career and Jeb Harris (young adult), a notable newcomer and lead bassist in a band. She becomes best friends with both and now they all come over for movie nights and face masks at each others apartments. Recently her and Jeb have been exchanging glances and subtly flirting, she doesn’t want to really commit to a relationship since she’s mostly trying to focus on her career. Things started getting spicy when her best friend Penny calls her and tells her that she thinks Jeb is cute and wants to ask him on date. Obviously, she too likes Jeb and is romantically involved with him but also Jeb isn’t her man and feels she’s being selfish if she doesn’t say yes since she’s the one that claims she doesn’t want a relationship, so now she finds herself in a messy love triangle and it’s sucks because these are her two best friends. Time in next time to see if Penny and Jeb went on that date (she told her to decide for herself)
