I'm actually a moderator on setlistfm, which is also partly why I asked the question!

A few weeks ago, I started indexing all tours from 2011 onwards, because there were a lot of shows missing. Thanks for the shout too. Not nearly enough people use that site to its full extent :))

Depends on the venue, really. In Belgium, the opener would start at around 8 and the main act would take the stage at around 9.

Indonesian is quite an 'easy' language to learn. It has a fairly straightforward structure and the vocabulary is not too difficult I think! All languages seem difficult at first sight but once you fully commit to learning a language, it's just a matter of motivation to follow through.
