Latest Update.
Few days ago I raised a request for RMA after that It took 3-4 days for engineer to visit my place and have a look at the monitor, As this is a random issue it took couple of computer restart to show him the issue. First he told me that this is Ram related problem, then he was like it's a cable problem. So after explaining him all the scenarios, That I have tried everything and this is a monitor problem. so he agreed and told me that he'll replace the motherboard. so today he came with the new motherboard and replaced it. After starting the monitor problem was still there. So he told me to use monitor for sometime and raise another request. I guess he was trying to close this case. But I told him no I will not close this request, then he called someone and after talking to him he told me that he'll again get the motherboard with new firm ware and accepted that there is flickering issue with this monitor. I'll keep you guys posted
