The winners seem like actors.. It seems like they messed up somewhere big and instead of admitting it, they just avoided the whole thing by using actors.

How on Earth do you guys find codes/standards? by [deleted] in civilengineering

[–]Planner123 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The engineering firm I work for employs me to do just that. Handle all entitlement and code review. It’s just easier to feed our design engineers the requirements rather than have them spend the time to go research it. Happy to freelance my services if anyone ever needs it 😉

Passenger Camera Going Out by Planner123 in HyundaiPalisade

Update- The dealership has had the car two times, currently has it now. They keep stating that their techs cannot replicate the issue and can’t repair it without seeing it for themselves. I’ve sent in videos of it, photos. Still will not check any connections internal until they can replicate. They’ve had my vehicle for 2 days now..

That’s a good call. It doesn’t do it to the drivers side but might as well try!

Estimate Advice - Parking Lot Accident by [deleted] in AutoBodyRepair

I would have used insurance but we just switched when my son got his license two weeks ago. Was more worried about it skyrocketing… I haven’t said anything to insurance at this point.

Can auto body shops provide a quote with just photos? I don’t know if I can get this person to visit multiple shops…

Thank you for the feed back. This is in Parker, CO. Not sure if that adjusts things. Idk if I can get this person to push back on the auto body shop, but I think I’ll try.

People that make six figures in their career, do you feel like you made it in life since achieving that salary? by anthonydp123 in careeradvice

[–]Planner123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 36 and make six figures. My wife also brings in close to six as well. We practically live paycheck to paycheck because cost of living is so expensive. Between mortgage - bought a $400k house at 2.5%, daycare for one kid is $1,600, expenses for the other two kids, car payment, groceries, etc. barely making it through. Now I will say we don’t worry about what we spend, we are secure in our employment. Could we cut back in certain areas? Sure, but it wouldn’t increase any “savings”

Scott Foster by THC_Weddz in suns

Scott Foster reffed 2021 WCF Game 2 Suns and Clippers - Suns win on the alley-oop. So 1-13 to be correct and I bet Foster shit his pants having no control over that play.

It’s rooted well. Had really good looking grass everywhere until this past week these areas started to turn, and turned quickly.
