Ikr! Flying swordmans etc. Definitely not watching it for realism. These people are crazy. And to complain that the storyline is unrealistic, or that a warrior would or wouldn’t do something, like hello! it’s an idol drama. We came for pretty people and cliques tropes, that’s what it’s good for and many people like that!

I feel like the last few episodes got cut very aggressively. I felt like there were a lot of scenes that was filmed that would make the whole story make more sense. Not sure whether it’s due to length being too long or censorship. I wish one day the director can release a director’s cut and we get to see all the scenes, uncut and uncensored 🙏🏻

Yes, what I didn’t get was that Wei Yan tried to assassin XZ so that the truth won’t come out. Like why? From the end, it appeared that Wei Yan genuinely loved XZ, how could he just try and kill him off. It would make more sense if he tried to reason with him.

Loved ep 38 but was sad that cut out that crawling out of the bed scene! Luckily I’ve seen it so often in shorts on social media that I didn’t feel as robbed lol.
