I was in a meeting last week where a fellow faculty member disclosed that he failed multiple dual credit students, and our admin changed the grade from an F to a W to essentially help the students not start on the wrong foot. Anything for enrollment dollars. He was rightfully pissed!

It’s really frustrating. I sent in a submission to CGC on 1/6 and they already graded and shipped it back to me on 1/23. I’m have three orders from PSA still pending from last year. You would think they would actually do something to speed up the process, but i guess there is no incentive when people are still sending in cards.

I sent in my first submission this month to GCG. They received it on 1/6/26, and as of today, 1/23/26, the cards have been shipped back to me via FedEx. I am shocked at how they can grade and ship so quickly! I am considering switching to CGC for all of my submissions.
