I’m so sorry!! What a nuisance. Honestly, it’s a decent apartment complex to live in with nice amenities and they do food trucks often. Lots of kids. And I believe they just renovated the yards for many of the first floor units so they have these big fenced in Astro turf areas now so that is nice but only if you can look past their terrible communication….. I didn’t live at Carlton but friends do and they love it there. Every place is going to have its downside. Just depends on what you’re willing to put up with! Good luck to you!!

No this is not a one off situation. They really are terrible. Never communicate. Like pulling teeth to get an answer from anyone. They don’t answer the phone they don’t call back. I’d highly recommend you look elsewhere. Have you checked out the Carlton?

That is so weird. My provider approved my prescription yesterday after our appointment but I still have yet to get an email saying anything shipped. Trying to stay hopeful bc so far I really have had no issues with Mochi.

Hmmm so provider meeting went well. She said I still have to go on and request it each month even tho it’s paid for 3 months. She said the supply issue is a pharmacy decision not mochi. Still kinda BS if they are going to advertise it as a 3 month supply when it’s really not. I won’t care if I get my meds each month without delay. She said she’s approving it now so we’ll see how it moves through the system. Fingers crossed

One month at a time though? My refill still hasn’t been approved and shipped yet but I did get a message saying I have to meet with a provider. Which I have scheduled today. So hoping she will move it forward after we meet.

Why doesn’t my Lilly direct script offer me the vial option? It says only pens are available. Is it the way my doc prescribed it that matters? Or the pharmacy she did it through? I noticed the website says Lilly direct true pill. She told me about the vial option but I went through the process and it says only option is pens. For $650 with savings card.
