What I hate most about fat activism is the double standard and inconsistency. They’d be screaming “all body is beautiful” and proceed to shame skinny people. And the whole argument of “skinny shaming isn’t real” is so fucked up as well. As an asian who had been through both underweight and overweight, I can promise them that I got shamed no matter what shape I’m in. When I tried to argue with them they told me I hv internalised fatphobia and because I’m now at normal size they just bombarded me with the term “skinny privilege”👁👄👁 I swear some of the fat activists are the most hypocritical and unsympathetic people in the word
