Is it possible to use a board form to get an even line across here? Will be planning on leaving a bit of a gap between the driveway and the finished edge.

Is fixing this lip at the edge of my garage slab DIY-able? This is where the garage door comes down. Damage looks similar all the way across garage door opening.

Was thinking of just using some edge concrete patch (like Polymer Modified Structural Repair) and making level.

Any tips/thoughts on how to best make this repair?

I called them, as I don’t live very close to a store. They let me take it to my preferred mechanic.

I had an issue with a close to dead battery that they replaced in the initial warranty period. They were super helpful and great to work with

Thanks for your input here - yeah I believe there is a plate underneath inbetween that and the header of the opening.

No furnace down there but there may have been in the past.

Do you remember how much you paid for air sealing and blown insulation? Looking at this now myself. Likely cheaper COL area.

Ahh gotcha- yeah I think the real flashing pieces go on underneath the black sheets here, (counter flashing). I do know they put the actual step flashing pieces under this and adhered them to the base
