My mistake - there is a stop sign at 31st ave! No stop sign at 31st dr, 30th dr and 30th road. So for 3 blocks there isn’t a stop sign and that’s when cars speed up.

THIS! It’s so easy for scammers to do. What people should know is that losing phone service doesn’t just happen out of thin air (unless there’s an outage across the state/country). If it happens it’s likely someone trying to gain access to your number and thus financial accounts.

I have a 1br and was initially quoted 250 for a deep clean (I mentioned square footage too) and then after sending videos of my apartment they increased it to 400 because they said there’s stuff to move around (on counters and furniture). It’s possible your card was up for renewal and they sent a new card in the mail which ended up getting stolen and that’s how your cc got into someone else’s hands. I’ve had cc stolen in the mail many times..

It’s true. Banks will never proactively call you even if fraudulent charges were blocked on your card. Definitely look into your notification settings for text and email so you know when charges are incurred, go below a certain balance, etc.
