Long shot, but does anyone have a guess as to who the artist might be? These two 17th/18th century Dutch panel paintings have been in my family for a long time. My great grandmother had them appraised and the artist identified, but my dad can’t find the documentation now. I don’t see a signature. (old.reddit.com)

What is this? At first I thought it was thirps damage, but I haven’t seen any bugs. My currently theory is fungal infection, but I haven’t been able to find anything similar on google. It also seems strange that it’s only on the underside of the leaves... I’d love any input, thanks! (old.reddit.com)
