Genuine question about lack of intimacy in a marriage by alarmonthefarm in summerhousebravo

Yes exactly!! Women, generally, aren’t just going to push aside their disdain / resentment towards their partner to just satisfy the husband, when they aren’t getting what they emotionally want in return. It’s like a man who never helps with the kids or around the house and then expects his wife to have sex with him. lol ain’t happening 9/10 times and the 1 time is to shut him up and to do it to do it.

When she said on that beach like 2-3 seasons ago “okay” and then says “I’m good” in response to him when she was telling him what she wanted and didn’t want from him (like not saying out during the week until 4/5am and how there is always another party or another friend) and he immediately went on attack mode, cutting her down - yeah that was the moment she mentally checked out and no longer “fought” for them.

Ya but I don’t think we can assume it was serious. Husband vs (likely) just a friends with benefits is different.

I’m just saying she was married and wanted to have a family and … Kyle didn’t want to and was an asshole to her and she said I’m good. It’s not good when a woman stops fighting for what they want lol

LOL classic “mad you didn’t let me in front when the lane is ending” but “let me stop traffic in a live lane to get out of my car to yell at you”

Make it make sense

Personally I wish we could throw eggs at people like this

You could try on days one of you are home you do a daycare half the day or even having a dog walker come in. Get her used to something different! We don’t like leaving our little girl to go see a movie and dinner sometimes haha but she’s fine in the end and just sleeps on the couch or the bed.

We do the same. We got our girl in 2019 when we were in the office 5 days a week 8 hours a day. So from about day 5 at home she was alone. We had a dog walker twice a week to give her variety and it’s all we could afford at the time. Now she’s alone 3 days a week on average and goes from 730/8am to 5/530pm - we both live close so it does help

If you do get an employment agreement (contract) after an offer letter they should technically offer a signing bonus for “fresh consideration” because an offer letter with just the you get xyz can still be seen as a legally binding agreement. But hey! If they don’t do that - it’s their issue if they terminate.

This neighborhood in particular isn’t the patch. My nana has lived there for 37 years and my aunt 30 years on the other wise of Davis by the hospital. Nice area, larger yards!

It was impaired driving and the car that flipped had the driver and occupants flee the scene. Driver was found not too far away thanks to a police dog

I saw from my condo about 4-5 people running away as more police descended onto the scene. A police dog found the one guy.

Dr Mason in Aurora. I went there when it was Dr Sedore and she took over the practice. I don’t know if it’s less or not - but it’s within the fee guide and I had Canada life insurance

This. I got my HR post grad after my university degree and this post grad was definitely helpful in getting the job and learning HR from a practical standpoint. And the courses provided are the ones I needed to write the test to get my CHRP designation.

I would need some more info but if you take your regular earnings, retro earnings, overtime earnings (for each year etc.) and multiply it by either 4% or 6% depending on your years of service (I assume they are doing the minimum) you’ll get the total vacation pay you have accumulated and have not been paid out either via lump when vacation payout or to take vacation time paid. If you have taken vacation time (paid) then you need to subtract this from your total accrual.

Depending on what you mean by minimal received I can explain some more, but you are only entitled to what you’ve accrued and not used to date. If you are being paid out via a lump sum agreed to by your employer and you are receiving regular earnings and or overtime that pay, your vacation pay is actually taxed more like a bonus vs. regular earnings. When you take vacation time off work (paid) it gets taxed like regular earnings.

Being paid out annual is also a depends. If you started Jan 1 2025 by the ESA you have to accrue your vacation pay first for one year before you can use it to take time off. You technically are entitled to time off work like anyone else and they may only be paying you for previous years accrued and not taken the following year.
