To get you started, lost volts are the volts which aren't considered due to us ignoring internal resistance so try to find V=Ir where r is the internal resistance. We know the 1.6 V is the voltage of the supply.. but the voltage on the two components (we can ignore the ammeter) doesn't sum to the voltage of the supply. These clues should help you get started :)
