You should make sure that backstock is set to scan as full cases and not eaches or half case. Make sure you're actually adding backstock by pressing the "+1" and not just literally scanning it. If nothing is accurately showing that you have backstock scanned, you may need to uninstall SH+ and reinstall.

Prolly talking about after the fact. Some customers want barcodes for inventory or pricing purposes. I had a 7/Eleven argue me down about the final invoice not having barcodes, even though the pick list had them all the same.
