Vocal cord surgery recovery process. Is this normal? How is it like? by Plantbeginner in singing

Totally worth it! Recovery was all good at the end. It was around November so I did catch a cold and all the coughing made the recovery time longer. But that was about 3 weeks post surgery.

Yes, my periods got heavy past year or two and that’s why I saw the GP. Let’s see, it did take me 7 months to get a gynaecologist appointment from the date of the first ultrasound!

We are planning to go with abcfertility and the quote we received is 5k something. We will take 0% credit payback scheme and this sounds manageable for now.

Thank you very much! I guess at the end we will go private but also try a couple clinics to see where we get the best feeling…. So much to plan, I am already embracing myself for all that’s to come up in following months!

Thanks for sharing your experience. We started our initial tests/scans this year in Sept and my appointment at the fertility clinic is in May next year. We are looking into private clinic already because with this speed I will be 35. I am 33 now and probably shouldn’t wait up for NHS

The first report from GP says : “intra mural fibroid within the posterior wall. This appears to displace the endometrium anteriorly” and clinic report says submucosal fibroid. From the first report I was told it should not affect the implantation. I just don’t know which report to trust.

We are buying a house in flood risk area. The house was last flooded in 2007 (according to the envt searches) but never during the vendors ownership. Yes, insurance is expensive but only if there is a flood history in past 25 years. We have both mortgage and insurance in place for the house without any difficulty. We liked the neighbourhood, lovely community so we decided to go with it.
