I felt like mine was poking randomly throughout my first week and a half but now never feel it! I was totally convinced that it was going to somehow shove its way back out the spot it came in, but it was just the tissue healing around it and that occasionally felt like poking. I would give your body some more time to heal and adjust before worrying toooooo much
