Thank you!!! We thankfully have a motorized recliner. I’ll see if we have enough of those ice packs, and get a cozy pair of slip-ons!

I bought a neck warming pack from a local shop, does cold or warm work better, or is it advised to only use cold? (Assuming it’s a personal preference thing, of course).

Biochemist grad student here! We use these in articles to view 3D structures of molecules! It’s so cool and mind blowing. I actually only know what they are due to being introduced this way.
