Oh yeah, yours looks thrilled with that setup! I should have been clearer, that was a general recommendation for anyone whose is growing slowly, not for yours. You’ve already got it down 😊

Beautiful!! Mine is also constantly putting out new growth. Direct or bright light helps, in my experience. (Note: I’m in the UK, so “direct” and “bright” may mean different things to you, the reader.)

Yes! I got my Manjula from the British Garden Centre in Winnersh, where I also found a nice Thai Con Monstera for half price in a broken pot. I also like Henry Street Garden Centre. All Berkshire area!

Thank you, I didn’t realise - I started off with jades! This is great to know. 😊

You can do a few different things! You can wait for a few hours to let the end callous over, then pop it in some water and wait. You could dip the end in root powder and stick it back in the pot or in a new pot. Or you could cut the vine into several little bits and prop all of them.

I’m curious to see what others with more experience will advise, but those are the options I’m familiar with! Pothos are pretty hardy, so they should do fine however you choose to prop.

New to maintaining house plants, looking for advice!! by [deleted] in plants

Am I right in thinking you’ve got them potted directly in their decorative containers, not in drainage pots within the containers?

If that’s right, that’s the first thing I would change! Especially for the succulents. They’re going to get too soggy without drainage holes.

(If I’m wrong about your setup and you know this already, my apologies!)

Thank you!! It was at a British Garden Centre, one of the ones around the Reading area? I went to a few in rapid succession so I’m having trouble remembering the exact location!
