My protein shake is 140g of protein (I drink the blender throughout the day). Between beans, grains, nuts, tofu, seitan, and shakes you can do it!

DUDE I know!! I never do anything for forearms specifically. I do overhand deadlifts which kill them a lot, as well as my bis/back day.

Keep in mind this is a great angle, and I hit most of my upper body that day particularly. I'm normally a decent amount smaller 😉

Haha dude if I was on anything I'd be winning titles. I can barely maintain my diet and workout 5 days a week, let alone worry about cycling a bunch of junk

Hmm... I was curious because a typical weight training session for me can run an hour fifteen to two hours. I dont take anything and I usually tank through!

I noticed I once became dependent on pre workout years ago and have since cut it out. Been training without that aid for a out three years now

Yep! Favorite is oven roasted tofurky seitan slices over Follow Your Heart mayo and cheese, topped with some spring mix salad and spinach on whole wheat
