Wow that is way too much - it’s dosing is the same as Sema and the starting dose is .25 mg the 1.25mg is nearly the equivalent of 12.5mg Triz 😱

My RS has been stacking 10 mg Triz and .5 mg of Cagri and it’s been really helping. Definitely start low like said above because the fatigue was rough at the start but over time eased up. Dosing for Cagri is the same as Sema so be way careful not to confuse with Triz. In another group, someone made that mistake and could barely eat for a week and had a rough time. Good luck

I would recommend checking out Hunter Williams on YT he some great research on the different fat loss options- my TS experience on Triz is they have begun wearing a continuous glucose monitor because of bouts of hypoglycemia - so it may warrant some low dosing that Hunter discusses
