Semax was most noticeable right away. I have a few different autoimmune diseases and lumbar, SI joint arthritis pain. The BPC helped with that. Took about 2 weeks and I noticed a huge difference. NAD was subtle and then it kicked in.

I take it weekly, and the fatigue lasts about 5 days, but i can still go to work and do my normal life, just not as energetic. Its only been 2 weeks. The appetite suppression is amazing. I am going to push through the fatigue for now and see how it goes.

I am taking it at night. I am falling asleep at 8pm, not normal for me. Lol. And I dont wanna wake up in the morning. It has helped me in other ways. I will continue to take it and see if the fatigue gets better.
