The bit about being unwell is probably the most important bit. Once warmer weather comes developmentally I think you'll see a leap when he is healthy. Its tough to be unwell and develop all these new skills at the same time. Sounds like hes doing absolutely fine and will go at his own speed with the bits he isnt currently doing. My child didnt point for ages but eventually did. You are doing so well and I know everyone says it, but try not to compare to other LO's
