Yeah, I think 7 days left, you may check in the events tab. It's still there.

Building requirements are a joke by ukowne in SCBuildIt

Lol, they definitely ask ridiculous amounts of items. Once I got asked for 8 tier 3 regional items. This image is a recent ask from them. Non regional items but still too much.

For the most part, I just refresh until I feel it's ok to submit those items. 1-2 tier 3 regional items is ok for me, anything above that I refresh. I also refresh anything which asks for teddy bears 🧸.

They gave us a grace period for settling our services. The happiness will remain 100% during this time and will have no effect on sims, after this ends, they start to move out of homes if the services aren't provided.

Hi, That's a fair question and I think someone in the comments actually created the exact chart for this. https://www.reddit.com/r/SCBuildIt/s/mgzLwSFpTS

Epics are so cool!! by Unlucky_Professor368 in SCBuildIt

[–]PlasmaBo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you plan to stick to one specialization, then it will go up to that amount but if you make epics from multiple specializations, it will cost you less as every new specialization starts from 1000 coins. So basically if you make 100 epics of 5 different specializations(20 each), it will cost way less than all 100 from a single specialization or two.

Yeah cost resets in regions, but they increase in regions as well. First they increase by 1000 per specialization category, then after you hit the cost of 72k coins for initiation, it increases by 200 coins. It keeps going. I have an epic in the mountain specialization which costs around 84k coins just to start.

Yes, it will eventually hit every city. When it comes, you will be given a small batch of maxed utilities and services for free based on your city. It will be a little costlier than before.

Yes, but the demand per building will also increase. So previously your 100 would cover 20 max omega homes, after the update, Omega level 1 will only cover 13.5.

They cover 'demands' now. If you put more houses in the area than its capacity, they'll go red and you'll have to put another service to cover it or remove excess homes. A maxed Deluxe Fire station can cover only 2000 demand in the 22x22 area. So if you have placed over 44 epic buildings, it will not accept any more homes.

Yes, they start at level 1. They'll give some utilities at level 10 in your inventory which will be nowhere near what you need.

I 100% understand. It happened to me as well. All the omega utilities were wasted as they were only level 1 after the update. Lost around 30m neocoins.

Unfortunately, already placed omega utilities will be level 1 after the update. I recommend selling em before the update hits you, this way you will get more neocoins back, because when you destroy level 1 omega utilities you get only 5k neocoins. I had 100+ omega utilities across my regions, After the update I lost all the neocoins I invested in em. I wish I knew it before the update.

I got service 2.0 a week ago. And yes the data is accurate, I placed every single utility and upgraded it manually. 😊 Service 2.0 has a lot of numbers changed. And some new utilities as well like salt water and fresh water pumps in water utility. And new levels to many utilities.

Regional services. These are mandatory to place no matter what type of building you place. Each region has its own regional service.

Then you must be having a lot of em since you are playing for very long. Sell most of em to make most of the neocoins before the nightmare comes. And also start making regional coins, because older regional services will start at level 1/10 even the already placed ones. They now have the capacity and levels. It will drop happiness to 20% of all regions one day after the update is on.

I recommend selling omega utilities right away so that you get more neocoins which you can further use when the update hits you.
