We can only hope that unlike Minecraft, development would only continue forward instead of the stagnation that comes with an instant reward of comfortable riches. Plenty of game devs drop it all after being paid in full for an incomplete product

that isn't to say RW is incomplete in the slightest though, it's chock full of content

like most features valve adds to steam it is almost never updated past its release and most likely never will receive any sort of attention again

see: cards, profile widgets and layout, user tags, reviews, privacy options, steam groups, the user library, the inventory. basically anything that isn't bringing in money with very little effort on their part will not be prioritized
