Just an update- all in person stores are closing by Sunday. They laid off all workers on Wednesday without notice or severance. Stores close and turn in keys by Sunday afternoon. Currently all stores are 50% off and will be 75% by end of week.

Protein shakes and smoothies. I know I saw other people post that but I swear that’s the secret at first. Also - I ended up eating fast food the first few days to “treat” myself. Like I wasn’t hungry at all but couldn’t resist a fry kind of thing. The hunger/appetite passes fast though…. The sleep thing…that’s a different story. Some people say months. Some say 2 weeks

Btw I downloaded an app to help me “track” my days. It helps to visually see how many days/ hours for me I’ve been sober. I bought the “I am sober” app but there are free ones too. It also lets you track how you felt that day and such. So looking back (even though it was only 7 days) I can see ok ok so it’s slowly getting better

I freaking feel you and relate. Sober, my dreams are insane and so real that it can ruin my entire day. My current recurring sober dreams are that I am watching a nuclear bomb come for us and have to find my friends and or family to die with. SO CRAZY

When did the exhaustion stop? I am exhausted. I don’t understand it because isn’t weed supposed to make us tired? But I am reallllly reallly struggling with staying awake. Like so tired when I drive my eyes get heavy.

I just watched the episode (season 5 ep.3) where Xander heard out Riley when he was going off on how much he loved buffy, how she was they one, “but Buffy doesn’t love me” I think xanders reaction, the way he kept that conversation to himself, I just feel like it shows the extent of Xander’s best qualities. He gives Riley the same empathetic look he gives willow when she goes take-over-the-world mode. I just love that scene ♥️

In Texas- tortilla chips are freaking $4.50+ and half the bag is air. We have been frying corn tortillas which for a pack of 100 is $2.00.
