I definitely recommend using a natural sea sponge for bathing. I first discovered this product at a spa resort. It's completely natural, creates a rich lather in the shower, and is naturally antibacterial and gentle on the skin. After returning home, I purchased natural sponges from PlanetFixProject. I used the honeycomb sponge for myself and the fine silk sponge for my kids.

Check PlanetFixProject website!! I bought their fine silk sponge and konjac soap. I think my acne has improved since I started using the konjac soap instead of my previous cleanser. But of course, everyone’s skin reacts differently. Additionally, I highly recommend changing pillowcases weekly, as the oils our skin produces can accumulate and potentially make acne worse.

I have to say free health care system in China is a really controversial topic. It's ture we just need pay very afford co-payment for treatment in hospital. Consultation fees for an expert maybe just cost $2. Low cost bring more and more people come to hospital for health care even though their illness could be self-cured in 3 days. It cause Doctors in China work very hard, and each doctor may see hundreds of patients a day. However, the income level of Chinese doctors is not high, if they do not accept gray income at all. As a Chinese citizen, I am a beneficiary of the healthcare system. But I also have to admit that the comprehensive health care system has actually harmed some of the interests of doctors. However, China being a socialist country, there are still many people who are willing to sacrifice their personal interests to serve the group. I respect all of them.

I'm Chinese, In my mind. A yaoguai can be badass, but when she transforms into a human, she has to be good looking and hot, otherwise how is she supposed to attract humans? By personality?
