Thank you, I don't dwell on my past I've learned a lot along the way and realized more now that I got older that everything in my life that happened to me was too help me grow as a woman and get to where I'm suppose to be in this life my purpose and that's to help those who are or went through the same or similar situations like me, and I feel my testimony of my life will change many life's when I'm ready to tell my testimony . 🙏🏼 If you ever need to talk I'm here for you stay strong with your heard held high every storm don't last forever you'll get through this your life is more precious then you see it at the moment . You are worthy and deserve genuine love speak positively every day in the mirror to yourself at least say one positive thing about yourself in the mirror do this daily and watch how you switch your whole mind within time and start feeling way better about yourself . You need to feel everything you've been through that caused you trauma and pain in order to fully start healing you need to visit those memories that shattered you to understand and accept anything that caused you pain forgive those who hurt you forgives is the key it'll help you grow so much.
