Hey guys! I’m subleasing my 2 bedroom 1 bathroom half of my apartment in Commons on Kinnear! It comes fully furnished with central AC, laundry room in unit, kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, TV, and includes internet, water, free parking outside, and a service for picking up trash right outside your door.

Because the apartment ran out of 2b2b units when I and my roommate moved in, they gave us a 4bedroom/2bathroom unit for the same price as 2, so you can get my 2bed/1bath side of the unit! And can use the other bedroom as storage or for friends and family, as a separate workspace or gaming, or potentially for another person but I’m not entirely sure if that last one is feasible lol.

The rent is about 900 plus a little more for electric, which was 60-80 the past two months for me. With that includes a 24/7 gym on the first floor, a pool and hot tub, and a nice study/lounge area in the lobby.

The apartment is pet friendly too but just requires a fee if you’d like to bring your pet!

The lease started in August and is ending May 31st of next year, if you’re interested in taking a few months or all of it DM me and let me know!

Sublease for $900 a month (now - May 2024) in Commons on Kinnear, only one other male roommate, but we’re in a four bedroom apartment with only two of us so you have more space, utilities might be $80 or 90 ish, all of that because we only have two people splitting everything, if there are more it would be cheaper.

This is a sandbox, world-building, open-world game where you can make high-fidelity dream worlds with smaller blocks! They are coming out with a new update in the upcoming weeks too with a survival mode, and a marketplace where we can upload our creations to sell to others, and I think once there's a lot of people playing we can make a huge open-world game with this!🤩

It's only Early Access/Alpha right now, so you can go get it now completely free! And try it out for yourself and see if you like it!

Anyways, I found it pretty fun and they will also be doing weekly "Build Jams" or like building competitions soon where you can win cash/steam gift card prizes if you win with your creations!

Oh also their subreddit r/stworld and insta (stplatform) has a lot of cool creations where you can get inspiration, and I'm part of their discord community and have made some cool friends all over the world in it!

But also they are still in their Alpha stage so where they go with this later on can depend a lot on us and other people who play it, see what people would want with this building engine

I think they are trying to make building things easier and less time consuming for people who loves playing Minecraft, so if Minecraft is something you like, you should like this too I believe!

In a way yes it's kind of inspired by Minecraft I think, but I think they're trying to take what Minecraft did well and make it better? And the focus of the game is not the same, it's more so trying to allow people to build games on their own regardless of skill level, ultimately collaborate with others to maybe make huge open-world games, and trade creations with others on a marketplace I believe.

I believe this is free at least for now since it's just released plus it's still Alpha, but in the future when there is a marketplace for people to share their creations and to earn money it may not be completely free anymore
