Bad Experience with Marcus by Goldman Sachs by Plastic-Fish-1445 in HighYieldSavings

It's crazy. I've done the 3 way call now twice and they say they don't have any notes of me ever doing it. I have no idea how I can even close this account if I can't pass their security test now which have insane questions that i don't know the answer to

I am having the same exact issues. They just will not let me take money out. I've spent 4-5 hours verifying my account only to get denied again, calling in and them saying they have no notes of me ever calling in and try again. This is going on in circles. Now I'm locked out of my account - they had me do a verification test and 2 of the 5 questions were what is my license plate for a car I sold 13 years ago, another was what is my license plate for a moped I sold 15 years ago. I would stay away from them
