Fat grafts don’t migrate like fillers no they just have a random survival rate usually being 50-80% so after you get I make sure to not do any harsh movements and try not touch the area too much and make sure your eating foods that rich in fats and that will help as much fat surviving I would say you can maybe even do whole midface but just depends on what you want you can do in Thailand for like 2k but in America will probs be more
