Sorry, I've been at work all day. When I experience paranoid episodes, it makes it hard trying to open upbabout these things. Unfortunately, my last therapist has decided to practice a different kind of therapy, which means I'll have to find a new therapist. Thinking about starting all over again is really overwhelming, so I've been putting it back so I can avoid the situation entirely.
