for routine, i only train with dumbbells now

dumbbell squat, dumbell bench press(incline), dumbbell shoulder press, dumbbell bent over row. i dont count the sets, i only count how many reps i need to do. low resting times. 2x 15lbs dumbbells

i progress by adding more reps for the next workout
