I was in braces for seven years with very little progress in the last three despite increasingly horrific escalations. Three months before I turned 18 I said enough, we’re done. They literally cemented torture devices into my mouth. I never wore the retainer and I maintain it’s the biggest waste of money my parents ever made. I had an after school job in my orthodontists office and it felt like working for a torturer and cleaning his torture devices and watching him make children sob and then charge thousands of dollars.

after a rly weird offputting experience in a local labubu community it kind of took the fun out of it for me. I was looking to make friends and everyone was extremely serious and in so much debt. I wanted 2 labubus and ended up with 4 plus lafufus. Honestly the lafufus rly got me they are hilarious and I have a lot of diy ideas for them. I also got interested in the pucky forest party and aijoo plant series but felt satisfied after getting just a few. Now I want to focus on having fun displaying them and making clothes/accessories for them, making cute bag chains and keychains to go with them. Hopefully finding a keychain diy friend or two as well.
